【大曲全国花火競技大会について】
■駐車場から会場までは、60分～90分程歩いていただきます。駐車場の場所は毎年抽選で決まるため、出発の直前まで分かりません。
■花火大会終了後の会場混雑や交通渋滞の為、宿到着は深夜25時30分頃となります。※毎年交通事情が変わりますので、一概には言えませんのでご注意ください
■ツアー造成時点(2026年1月1日)での情報をもとに企画を行っております。国および自治体などの要請によりやむを得ず花火が中止となる場合や内容の変更が生じる場合があります。また、ツアー出発後に花火大会の順延・中止が決定した場合、旅行代金の返金は一切ございません。予めご了承ください。

【待ち時間について】
バスの運行規定上、確保出来た新幹線の時間によっては、駅の出発時間まで新庄駅にて長くお待ちいただく可能性がございます。安全運行のためご協力お願いします。

【最上川舟下りについて】
最上川舟下りは、天候状況やその他の事由などにより運休、又は、乗車区間が変更となる場合があります。その場合は、行程の順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。運休の場合は、状況に応じて仕入れ相当額をご返金致しますが、代案等により費用を充当した場合はその限りではありません。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合は、専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込み下さい。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。バイキングの場合はお召し上がりいただけます。

※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせ下さい。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこし下さい。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承下さい。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
