【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきます。また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
また、お食事をお召し上がりにならない場合も、食事代は返金いたしかねます。

【書類発送につきまして】
「旅のしおり」に関しては切符やチケットをご出発前に送付するコースにつきましては郵送となり、マイページ上で「旅のしおり」をご覧いただくことはできません。

※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【途中乗車（広島駅・岡山駅から乗車）のお客様へ】
当日はお客様ご自身で入場券をお買い求めのうえ、列車出発ホーム（乗降口）までお越しください。入場券はお客様負担となります。
ご利用列車の号車・席番号につきましては、ご出発前日までに、ツアーディレクター（添乗員）より代表者様へご連絡いたします。
ご乗車の駅はご出発の4日前までにお知らせください。なお、途中乗車駅までの交通費は各自負担となり、途中乗下車に伴うご返金はございません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます。全てのサービスの提供となります。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
