個別に予約される場合を含め、お知り合い同士・ご家族でのご参加はお断りしております。お知り合い同士・ご家族等で申し込まれたことが判明した場合、ツアー出発直前でありましても当ツアーのご参加をお断りするとともに、今後の弊社ひとり旅ツアーのご参加を全てお断りする場合がございます。
また、ご旅行中に判明した場合は、その時点で旅行契約を解除する場合がございます。

【ツアーについて】
●当ツアーは現地集合となります。15：00～15：30に各自チェックインとなります。

・JR東京駅「丸の内南口改札」南ドーム内直結

●添乗員は2日目のホテルチェックアウトからの同行となります。※2日目はチェックアウトを各自で行ってください。（11：00発）
●本コースでは、ご旅行前にご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話またはメールをさせていただいておりますが、ご不在の場合などご連絡できかねる場合がございます。なお、ご連絡は21時までをめどに数回お掛け致します。
●本コースのバスは9/1発は「レグルス」、6/10発は「スターペガサス」となります

●出発7日前以降のお申込み・お支払いに関しては原則クレジットカードでの決済に限らせていただきます。お振込みでご旅行前日までに着金が確認できない場合、当日ご参加をお断りする場合がございます。
●外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【インターネットからのお支払いについてのご案内】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
