【予約にあたって】
「参加者全員のお名前・年齢・性別」3点全ての確認ができない場合、航空機の座席を確保できません。お申し込みの際、必ずお間違いのないようご入力・確認をお願いいたします。
※外国籍の方はカタカナにて予約をお取りください。
※ご入力内容に誤りがあった場合は、下記「お申し込み後のお客様の交替」の対応となります。

【ツアーについて】
■ご参加者様の中に75歳以上の方が1名以上いることが条件となります。
75歳以上の方が取消となり、参加される方がどなたも75歳以上でなくなった場合は全員参加いただけなくなります。

■当コースは、奇数グループのお客様のバス席は相席でのご案内となります。
■宿泊・観光地の順序を入れ替えたコース、逆周りのコースでご案内する場合がございます。※観光地の割愛や短縮はございません。
■３名様以上１室でお申込の場合はエキストラベッドを用いてのご案内、または２部屋に分かれてのご案内となる場合がございます。
■「湖側客室」とは部屋から見える湖が視界のかなりの部分を占めている部屋となります。
■クルーズは荒天時は運休となります。
■食事内容は不漁や仕入れ状況等により、内容を変更してご案内する場合がございます。
■野生動物はご覧いただけない場合がございます。

●飛行機利用は座席配列の構成上、同グループでお申し込みの場合でも席が離れてしまう場合があり、２名様でお申し込みの場合でも隣り合わせの席にならない場合(縦並び席)もあります。
●３歳未満のお子様のご予約はメールまたはお電話にてご連絡ください。
●３～５歳のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます。ただし行程中のお食事、宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので、予めご了承願います。食事・寝具等をご希望の場合は子供料金にてご用意させていただきます。(出発日の14日前まで)

◆お支払いに際し、郵便貯金の引き落しをご利用の際の指示をホームページ上では承ることは出来ません。大変お手数ですが以上のお手続きの際は下記【国内旅行センター】へお電話ください。 また、コンビニ決済には対応しておりません。

【お申し込み後のお客様の交替（ネームチェンジ）について】
お客様の交替（ネームチェンジ）については、マイページのマイ予約リストから承ることができません。予約者名の変更をご希望の場合は、メールまたは下記の電話番号までご連絡ください。満席等で手配出来ない場合もあり、また手配可能な場合でも交替に要する費用がかかりますので予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
