1月1日発行号暮らすような旅では1日目大曲湖畔園地にご案内と記載がありますが、ひまわりの見ごろが過ぎていた場合、小清水原生花園にご案内いたします。

【予めご了承ください】
●本ツアーは、奇数参加の方はバスは原則相席となります。（1・2・3・5日目のみ）
●クルーズは天候により運行中止となる場合があります。万が一、中止の際は乗船代相当代金（弊社仕入れ代金）を返金します。
●海上は冷え込むため、各自防寒対策をお願いします。
●野生動物はご覧いただけない場合もございます。
●花の見頃は、気象状況等により前後する場合がございます。
●食事内容は不漁の場合や仕入れ状況等により、内容を一部変更してご案内する場合があります。
●宿泊・観光地の順序を入れ替えたコース、逆周りのコースでご案内する場合がございます。（※観光地の割愛や短縮はございません。）

●Due to the seating arrangement when traveling by airplane, even if you apply as a group, your seats may be far apart, and even if two people apply, you may not be seated next to each other (seating vertically).
●Please contact us by email or phone if you wish to make a reservation for a child under the age of 3.
●For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat during the trip, and an additional fee will be charged. However, please note that Meals and Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like meals and bedding, they will be provided at the child's rate. (Up to 14 days before the departure date)

◆When making payments, we are unable to provide instructions on the website for withdrawing funds from your postal savings account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please call the Domestic Travel Center listed below to carry out the above procedures. We also do not accept payments at convenience stores.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
You cannot change the name of the person making the reservation from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you wish to make a change, please contact us by email or phone. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if Full is fully booked, and even if we are able to accommodate you, you will be charged for the replacement. The same procedure will be followed if there is an error in the information entered at the time of reservation.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
