【ツアーについて】
■ホテルでの夕食は19:00以降～19:45(最終入店)までの間で、お客様の人数・予約状況に応じ、ホテル側で部屋単位ごとにお食事時間を指定いたします。混雑時は19：00～19：45の中でも遅めの時間になることが想定されますので予めご了承ください。
■箱根登山鉄道は自由席利用のため、混雑時には座ることができない場合があります。
■富士山は天候等によりご覧いただけない場合があります。
■花の見頃は気候等により前後します。開花状況に関わらず、催行人数に達した場合ツアーは催行します。
＜例年の花の見頃＞
・箱根あじさい電車沿線・・・6月上旬～7月中旬
・河口湖（ラベンダー）・・・6月上旬～7月下旬

【食事内容について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。
原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【宿泊施設について】
■1～3名様１室が基本となります。
■お部屋は洋室（シングル・ツインまたはトリプルルーム/バス・トイレ付き)利用となります。
※トリプルルームはツインルームにエキストラベッドまたはソファベットのご用意となります
■大浴場は宿泊棟とは別棟になります(徒歩約5分～15分程）。
■部屋・眺望などの指定はできません。

■安心コールをご希望のお客様は事前にお申し付けください。なお、弊社の営業時間内につながらない場合やご不在時などは、ご連絡できかねることがありますので予めご了承ください。

【ご予約についてのご案内】
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発14日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ご利用便・集合時間は必ず「最終のご案内」(ご出発の5日前までにお届け予定)でご確認下さい。
■幼児(3歳～未就学児)料金にてお申し込みの場合、バス席代・ホテル施設料が含まれます。その他の列車のお座席・食事代・ホテルでの寝具はご用意がございません。必要な方は子供としてご予約をお願いします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
