【ご参加いただくお客様の変更について】
航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

【ツアーについて】　
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■３日目の出発時間は当日の道路状況・混雑状況等により7:30～8:30頃を予定しております。当日添乗員よりご案内いたします
■３日目の昼食のお弁当はバス車内または室堂散策時間中に各自お召し上がりください。

【アルペンルート・室堂散策について】※「雪の大谷」期間：4/15～6/25(予定)
■「雪の大谷ウォーク」は降雪・濃霧・強風など気象状況、その他現地のやむを得ない事由によりや中止となる場合があります。
■室堂平（みくりが池方面）の散策路は雪上の歩行となるため残雪状況により、安全上の観点から室堂平での自由散策をお断りしております(遭難事故防止の為)
■天候等により、滞在時間を短縮してご案内する場合があります。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、行程中の列車のお座席・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
