【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【途中乗下車について】　
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します

【復路新幹線の乗車について】
行程3日目の復路新幹線について、添乗員からツアー2日目までにお客様個々に乗車券をお渡しし、3日目は弊社指定便に各自ご乗車の上帰着・解散して頂きます。
※復路新幹線の便は最終案内状にてお知らせします。弊社指定以外の便にはご乗車頂けません。(往路は一般ツアー同様、添乗員が団体乗車券持参＆全員揃っての乗車となります)
※3日目復路新幹線に乗り遅れた場合、各自負担で個札を購入して頂きお帰り頂くこととなります。
※添乗員は3日目は同行しません。
※京都駅までの交通費は各自負担となります。

【葵祭について】
葵祭が順延となった場合は行程を入れ替えてご案内いたしますが、3日目は添乗員が同行しないため、お客様各自で移動していただきご見学となります。出発後に葵祭が中止となった際、ご旅行代金の返金はありません。また観覧席エリア内での三脚の使用はできません。
【行程について】　
神社仏閣の都合により行程を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。

【ご宿泊施設について】
ホテル側または弊社都合により2～3名様1室でお申込みの場合も、シングルルーム2部屋またはシングルルーム3部屋、ツイン1部屋とシングル1部屋に分かれてのご案内となる場合がございます。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our reservation center.
