【ツアー内容について】
●気象状況により星空はご覧いただけない場合がありますが、返金等はございません。
●ヘブンスそのはらのロープウェイは天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は団体仕入相当額のみのご返金となりますが、有料の代替観光地にご案内した場合は、その差額のみのご返金となります。
●星空観賞は、標高が高く夜は大変冷え込みますので、重ね着や上着の用意など防寒対策をおすすめいたします。
●イスのご用意がないため、敷き物をお持ちいただくことをおすすめいたします。ただし天候等(残雪・水溜り)の影響で敷物が敷けない場合がございます。
●夕食及び星空観賞後となるため、21：30頃のお宿到着となります。

【ご宿泊施設について】
２名様１室でお申し込みでも、１名様１室（シングルルーム）２部屋になる場合があります。また、禁煙と喫煙ルームがあり、選択はできませんので予めご了承ください。

【個人情報について】
個人情報の保護に関する法律に従い、お名前・年齢・性別などを旅行手続のために弊社からホテルなど第三者へ提供することにご同意ください。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
