【食事内容について】
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【2日目の出発時間につきまして】
■アルペンルートの混雑状状況により、2日目朝の出発時間が早朝(6：00～7：00)となる場合があります。また、朝食はホテルから扇沢駅間でのお弁当のご用意となる場合があります。

■アルペンルート通り抜け時、大きな荷物は観光バスでお預かりいたします。
■外国人のお客様がツアーに同乗する場合があります。
■国営アルプスあづみの公園のチューリップの見頃は例年4月下旬～5月中旬頃です。花の見頃は気象状況によって前後する場合があります。
■雪の大谷の壁の高さは時期により異なります。
■安心コールをご希望のお客様は事前にお申し付けください。尚、弊社の営業時間内につながらない場合やご不在時などは、ご連絡できかねることがありますので予めご了承ください。また、日本国外にお住まいの方には対応しておりませんので予めご了承ください。

【宿泊施設について】
■1～4名様1室が基本となります。
■お部屋は和モダン(畳にベッドが置かれた客室)・洋室(シングル・ツインまたはトリプルルーム/バス・トイレ付き)または和洋室利用となります。
※トリプルルームはツインルームにエキストラベッドまたはソファベッドのご用意となります
※和室部分の布団敷はお客様ご自身でおこなっていただきます
■部屋・眺望などの指定はできません。

■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発14日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ご利用便・集合時間は必ず「最終のご案内」(ご出発の5日前までにお届け予定)でご確認下さい。
■幼児(3歳～未就学児)料金にてお申し込みの場合、バス席代・ホテル施設料が含まれます。その他の列車のお座席・食事代・ホテルでの寝具はご用意がございません。必要な方は子供としてご予約をお願いします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
