【皇居・新年一般参賀について】
■皇居一般参賀へご案内予定ですが、2025年9月現在は正式に発表されておりません。一般参賀が中止の場合は別行程でご案内いたします（行程の詳細はご旅行当日ご案内いたします）。
■急な国賓の来日、皇族の体調、荒天等の事由により、一般参賀が中止となる場合がございます。その際の返金はございません。予めご了承ください。
■皇居への団体優先入場はありません。一般のお客様と同じのため混雑時は長時間お待ちいただく場合があります。また、入場時に手荷物検査があります(飲食物や大きな荷物の持ち込みは不可)。
■皇居内には坂道があります。また、かなりの混雑が予想されますので、歩きやすい靴でご参加ください。

【食事内容について】
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

■東京スカイツリーは展望デッキ入場が旅行代金に含まれております。雨天などにより東京スカイツリーからの視界が不良の場合でもその際の返金や割引はございません。
■安心コールをご希望のお客様は事前にお申し付けください。尚、弊社の営業時間内(9:15～17:30)につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
