■ゴールデンウィークの交通渋滞の為、当初予定しています見学地・見学時間の変更・カットや宿到着時間・帰着時間の遅延が起こる場合がございます。その場合でも、旅行代金のご返金や宿泊・食事・タクシー代などの負担には応じかねますのでご了承下さい。
■お布団敷きはお客様ご自身でのセルフサービスとなる場合があります。予めご了承ください。　　

【1日目の昼食について】
ご旅行１日目の昼食はツアーに含まれておりません。各自事前にご用意頂きますようお願い致します。※事前注文のオプション弁当のご案内はございません。

【食事内容の変更について】
食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【ご案内】
交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

[About this tour]
●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.
●If Minimum Number of Participants is not met and the trip is unavoidably canceled, we will notify you by email.
●This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.
●Please refrain from reclining bus seats.

●おひとり参加というツアーの性質上、未成年の方のご参加はご遠慮いただいております。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
