・行程２日目の「弘前公園」ライトアップは4/16～5/4出発のみご案内します。
・開催期間中は、ライトアップ見学後、ホテル到着となるため、夕食が19時30分～20時頃と遅めになります。

【津軽鉄道について】
①乗車区間を変更してご案内させていただく場合がございます。また、変更に伴い２日目のホテル出発時間が早めの7:30出発となる場合がございます
②運休となった場合等は、乗車代金相当額のご返金の上、割愛をさせていただくことがあります。
③津軽鉄道は自由席となります。混雑の場合は立ち席でのご案内となる場合があります。

【雫石銀河ロープウェーについて】
4月18日発以降は１泊目ホテルにて「雫石銀河ロープウェー」にご案内します。
天候により運休となる場合がございます。運休や乗車しない場合でも、乗車代金の返金はございません。

【食事内容の変更について】
食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【新幹線の座席について】
新幹線の座席については混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体乗車券を使用している都合上、列車の出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。新幹線の座席については禁煙席でのご用意となりますが、2名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。
