【ツアーについて】　
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■復路新幹線ははくたか号利用となる場合があります。
■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【上高地について】
上高地の散策は、河童橋から 30 分以内、西は田代橋（たしろばし）・東は河童橋と明神池（みょうじんいけ）の中間あたりまでの散策となります。本コースでは安全上の観点から大正池・田代池・明神池での自由散策をお断りしております。また、天候等の理由により滞在時間を短縮させていただく場合がございます。
《シャトルバス乗換えの場合があります》
■観光保護の観点から、観光バスの乗り入れが規制される場合があり、規制の場合は途中で専用シャトルバスにお乗換えとなります。
■乗り換えの場合、出発前にお送りいたします「旅のしおり(出発のご案内)」に記載いたします。

【アルペンルートについて】
■黒部ダムの観光放水は当日の天候により中止となる場合がございます
［放水実施期間］6月26日～10月15日（予定）
■気象・混雑状況により、開始・終了時間の変更、及びコースを短縮する場合があります
■天候等により、滞在時間を短縮してご案内する場合があります。
■アルペンルート内の全ての乗り物は一般のお客様と混乗となります。
■開通直後のアルペンルートは大変混雑することが予想されるため、宿の出発時間が6：00頃となる場合もございます。※早まる場合の朝食は、お弁当となる場合があります。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
