【ツアーについてのご案内】
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■バス・列車ともに奇数名で参加の場合は、男女相席利用となります。
■気象状況により、雪景色がご覧頂けない場合がございます。
■ホテル⇔高山駅間のシャトルバスは、一般の方と混乗になります。混雑時はお座りいただけない場合や待ち時間が発生する場合があります。
■「５つ星の宿」は観光経済新聞社の認定です
■3名1室・4名1室でお申込みいただく場合、エキストラベッド利用となる場合がございます。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
京都駅から途中ご乗車希望のお客様は出発7日前までに弊社までご一報ください。
※行程表内に記載された駅以外からの途中乗車はできかねます。こだま号利用と記載の場合も、ひかり号利用に変更になる場合があります。
※列車・時間などの詳細は、後日送付いたします「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてご確認ください。
※途中乗車駅までの交通費・運賃および駅ホームへの入場券はお客様負担となります。
※途中乗車によるご返金・割引はございません。予めご了承ください。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。
入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
