【花火大会について】

■当コースはイス席観覧席【A席】よりご覧いただきます。
■観覧席では三脚・一脚はご利用いただけません。
■小雨程度であれば実施いたします。観覧席で傘はご利用いただけませんので、雨合羽、タオル、着替えなどをご持参ください。
■荒天時は花火大会が中止となる場合がございます。中止の場合、それに伴うツアー出発後の返金はございません。

※客席での三脚、一脚の使用はできません。
※客席での自撮り棒（セルカ棒）の使用はできません。
※後ろのお客様のご迷惑になるような撮影（頭上を越えるカメラ高さでの撮影等）はご遠慮ください。

■日本平ロープウェイは天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■富士山は天候等によりご覧いただけない場合があります。

【途中乗下車について】　
本コースは、品川駅・新横浜駅・小田原駅にて途中乗下車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、乗車駅で入場券のご購入をお願いいたします。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
