■同行者の住所・生年月日も必ずご登録ください。弊社からチケットIDをご郵送する際に必要となります。
■会場は、全面キャッシュレスとなります。会場内の買い物、飲食には現金は使用できません。約60種類の決済ブランドが利用可能予定です。（クレジットカードも利用可）
■万博ツアーへの参加においては、スマートフォンやタブレット等の電子機器が必要となります。
■本ツアーは1日目１パビリオンについてはは団体事前予約につき内容を選べません。

【緊急連絡先の登録のお願い】

【国内線旅客取扱使用料について】
新千歳空港・伊丹空港国内線旅客取扱施設利用料・往復分（お一人様1,420円）は別途必要となります。

【航空機利用コースのご参加に際してのお願い】
ご参加者の登録に関してご参加者いただくお客様のご登録に際しては①参加者氏名、②年齢、③性別の登録が必要となります

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【書類発送につきまして】
「旅のしおり」に関しては切符やチケットをご出発前に送付するコースにつきましては郵送となり、マイページ上で「旅のしおり」をご覧いただくことはできません。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※航空機・バスの座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
