■大阪・関西万博について
①当コースは、大阪・関西万博へのツアーとなります。　
②万博IDの取得やパビリオン予約等、お客様ご自身でお手続き作業をする必要があります。パンフレットに同封のご案内書面にて、出発までに実施いただく手順をご案内しておりますので、必ずご確認ください。
③万博ツアー参加においては、『スマートフォンやタブレット』等の電子機器が必要となります。
万が一お持ちでないお客様がご予約をされたい場合は、弊社からお送りするチケットQRコードが印刷された書面を当日お持ちいただければ万博会場への入場は可能です。
ただしパビリオンの事前抽選や万博IDを必要とするその他のサービスは受けることができません
④万博会場は、すべて「キャッシュレス」となります。会場内の買い物・飲食には現金は使用できません。約60種類の決済ブランドが利用可能予定です。(クレジットカード利用可)
現金以外の決済手段を持たない方は、事前にプリペイドカードをご購入いただく必要があります。

■復路新幹線について
行程２日目の復路新幹線について、添乗員からツア１日目にお客様個々に乗車券をお渡しし、２日目は弊社指定便に各自ご乗車の上帰着・解散して頂きます。
※復路新幹線の便は最終案内状にてお知らせします。弊社指定以外の便にはご乗車頂けません。(往路は一般ツアー同様、ＴＤが団体乗車券持参＆全員揃っての乗車となります)※２日目復路新幹線に乗り遅れた場合、各自負担で個札を購入して頂きお帰り頂くこととなります。※添乗員は２日目は同行しません
※新大阪駅までの交通費は各自負担となります

シングルルームに分かれてのご案内となる場合がございます。その場合の割増り増料金はいただきません

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設はご出発日の一週間前頃に書面にてご案内致します
※書類不要を選択されたお客様には書面にて連絡いたしておりませんので予めご了承ください。

【幼児・乳児の受付について】
◆３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます。ただし行程中のお食事、宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので、予めご了承願います。食事・寝具等をご希望の場合は【子供】料金にてご用意させていただきます (ご出発日の14日前まで)。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
