【ツアーについて】　
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■往路列車内各自自由昼食となります。集合(途中乗車)前に各自ご購入いただきご持参ください。
■星空・自然生物等は天候によりご覧いただけない場合があります。
■本コースではご旅行前に、代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げますが、弊社の営業時間内（9：15～17：30）につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねることがあります。※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません

【アルペンルートの散策内容について】
■気象・混雑状況により、開始・終了時間の変更、及びコースを短縮する場合があります
■天候等により、滞在時間を短縮してご案内する場合があります。
■室堂平（みくりが池方面）の散策路は雪上の歩行となる場合、安全上の観点から室堂平での自由散策をお断りしております。
■アルペンルート内の全ての乗り物は一般のお客様と混乗となります。

【荷物・服装について】
■全てのお荷物をお客様ご自身でお持ちいただきます。
両手が空くリュックサックが便利です。手荷物は出来るだけ小さくまとめてお持ちください。キャリーバックはできるだけお避けください。
■雨ガッパはフード付きが必須条件。傘がなくても雨が凌げるので動きを妨げません。
■履きなれた靴：室堂周辺では雪上散策となる箇所がございます。滑りにくく、履き慣れたトレッキングシューズやスニーカーがおすすめです。

【ご宿泊施設について】
■３～４名様１室利用の場合はエキストラベッドまたはソファベッド利用となる場合がございます。
■客室によりバスなしとなります。その場合は大浴場をご利用ください。
■レストラン（夕朝食会場）のみ、浴衣のご利用ができません。（大浴場利用は浴衣移動可）
■お部屋からの景観はご指定いただけません。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の受付】
当コースは幼児の参加はご遠慮いただいております。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
