【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【ツアーについて】　
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■樹氷・雪景色は天候等により見られない場合があります。
■宿泊施設において和室をご利用の際、お客様ご自身でお布団を敷いていただく場合がございます。
■八甲田ロープウェーは天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■津軽鉄道の乗車が含まれますが、乗車区間を変更してご案内させていただく場合がございます。
■不漁などにより、一部メニューが変更になる場合があります。
■本ツアーでは、ご出発前のご挨拶の電話は差し上げておりません。ご不明な点等ございましたら、随時お問い合わせ下さい。
■■集合時間は列車出発時間の30分～40分前になります。弊社で利用便を決定し、出発7～5日前までにお送りする最終案内にて利用便をご案内いたします。

行程3日目の復路「盛岡」からの乗車と記載しておりますが、「一ノ関」からの乗車となります。
◇12月30日出発のみ
行程3日目「平泉・和風れすとらん牛の里」ですが、12/30発のみ「そば庵　しづか亭」となります。尚それに伴う前沢牛御膳の昼食の変更はございません。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり(出発のご案内)」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関(バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他)のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※列車の座席は2名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり(出発のご案内)」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター(添乗員)よりご案内致します。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
3～6歳(未就学児)のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
