【参加条件について】
当コースは「ご夫婦参加限定」です。夫婦以外の方や同性同士でのご参加、１名様でのご参加は承れませんので予めご了承下さい。また、どちらかの都合が悪くなった場合は、２名様とも取り消しとなり２名様分の取消料がかかります。

【時代祭について】
出発前時点で国および自治体の要請により時代祭が中止の場合はツアーの中止します。荒天等で出発後に中止となる場合は返金はございません。また、雨天で23日に順延される場合、行程を入れ替えてご案内します。(その場合は食事条件が変更となる場合がございます)

【観覧席について】
観覧席は京都御苑のものとなります。パイプイスを並べたものとなり、屋根はございません。また、観覧席では傘・三脚は使用できません。予めご了承ください。

【鞍馬の火祭について】
■深夜に及ぶ祭りのため、最後まで観賞いたしません。21:30～22:00（予定）まで滞在します。また、指定観覧席の用意はございませんので、混雑状況によっては見づらい場合がございます。また、立ち見となりますので、座る場所や、近隣には休憩できるようなお店などはございません。
■鞍馬の火祭までのタクシーは相乗りとなり、ジャンボタクシーとなる可能性があります。また、タクシーは相乗りとなりグループで分かれてのご乗車となる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

【ツアーについて】
■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。
■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【途中乗下車について】
本コースは、品川駅・新横浜駅にて途中乗車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、乗車駅で入場券のご購入をお願いいたします。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこしください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

【子供・幼児・乳児の受付】
当コースはご夫婦限定コースのため子供・幼児・乳児のご参加もお断りしています。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
