■JR券面に印字された駅以外は途中下車・乗車はできません
■指定されたJR券面の乗車月日・列車に限り有効です
■乗車日の変更はできません

【フリープランコースの注意事項】
フリープランのため、添乗員はつきません。以下の３点の確認をお願いいたします。
①当日の緊急連絡先として、携帯電話の番号のご登録をお願いいたします。代表者でなくても構いません。お持ちでなければ入力不要です。
②お振込用紙及び契約書面につきましては、個別に分送は可能ですが、「列車のチケット」及び「最終のご案内」につきましては、代表者に一括で送付させていただきます。「列車のチケット」及び「最終のご案内」につきましては出発の５日前を目安にお届け致します。
③旅行代金が入金されていないと発券ができず席がなくなってしまう可能性がございます、お申込後はできる限り早い段階でご入金をお願いいたします。

※出発間際(３日前から)のお申し込みはお電話にて承ります。満席となっていても、間際のキャンセルなどでおとりできる場合もございます。また、お電話にてキャンセル待ちも承ります。

※土日・祝日のお問合せは回答が翌営業日になります
※金曜日・祝日の前日のお問合せは回答が翌々営業日となる場合があります(金曜日→週明け回答、祝日の前日→翌営業日)

＜子供料金について＞
■子供料金は小学生のお子様が対象となります。
■未就学のお子様がJRの座席を使用する場合は、子供代金にてご利用いただけます。

＜JR乗車券到着後のツアー取消について＞
お手元に最終案内・JR乗車券が届いた後に、ご都合によりツアーのお取消しをされる場合は、お手数ではございますが下記のお手続きをお願いいたします。
①JR乗車券をご持参の上、最寄り駅の「みどりの窓口(営業時間内)」にて「不乗証明」を取っていただきます。
※乗車時間の２時間前までには必ずお手続きをお願いします。２時間を切ってしまったJR乗車券は無効になり、JR乗車券の代金は全額お客様負担となりますので、ご注意ください。
②不乗証明を取ったJR乗車券を弊社にご返送いただきます。
③弊社にJR乗車券の到着が確認でき次第、返金手続きをします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
