【ご案内とおことわり】
■奇数人数でのご参加のお客様は基本相席となります。
■ダイヤ改正により出発、到着の時間が変更となる場合があります。
■行程を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。
■バス座席や列車などの座席はグループ様であっても前後や離れる場合がございますので予めご了承ください。また、窓側・通路側など座席位置の指定は承ることはできませんので予めご了承ください。

■集合時間は列車出発時間の30分～40分前になります。弊社で利用便を決定し、出発7～5日前までにお送りする最終案内にて利用便をご案内いたします。

■部屋タイプのリクエスト等は受け付けておりません。部屋タイプはおまかせとなります。

行程上の発駅以外の駅から乗車希望の場合でも途中乗車駅までの交通費・入場券代は各自ご負担となります。
途中乗車駅からご乗車の場合はお客様自身で各種切符類をご購入頂き、弊社より後日送付します便名や宿泊先などを明記した「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」に記載のある列車・号車の出発ホーム（乗降口）まで直接お越しください。席番号につきましては、ご出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）より代表者様へご連絡いたします。

【利用バス会社について】
本コースの運行バス会社は未定ですが、弊社ホームページの「利用バス会社一覧」に掲載されているバス会社を利用します。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
