【お食事のリクエストについて】
団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。また食事代のご返金対応もお受けできません。

【ツアーについてのご案内】　
●貝掛温泉及び松之山温泉では大型バスでは通行できない区間がある為、マイクロバスに一時乗り換えてご案内いたします。マイクロバスでは相席となり、1人2席ではございません。予めご了承ください。
●日帰り入浴のタオルはつきません。各自ご用意ください。
●行程順序は入れ替わる場合がございます。
●和室の場合はお客様ご自身でお布団及びシーツを敷いていただきます。予めご了承ください。
●宿泊先のお部屋割は弊社にご一任ください。1名様1室となります。

おひとり参加の旅は、おひとりでも気兼ねなく気楽、気軽に旅行にご参加いただくことを目的とした「おひとり参加限定の旅」となっております。その為、ご旅行のお申込みはおひとり様のみ承っております。

【添乗員からのご挨拶電話について】
当コースでは、緊急の場合を除き、ご旅行前に代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げておりません。確認電話がご入用の方は、お手数ですがご出発３日前までにお電話にてお申し付けください。但し、日中ご不在の場合などはご連絡がつかない場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
