【ご宿泊施設について】
ご宿泊の部屋タイプは和室または洋室（シングル・ツイン）です。
※部屋タイプは弊社一任となります。
※3名1室以上でお申込みの場合は、ツインルームにエキストラベッドを入れたお部屋となる場合がございます

【添乗員の同行に関して】
本ツアーは添乗員は１日目の新幹線のみ同行します。最終日は添乗員は同行せず、各自で東京まで戻ってきていただく事になります。帰りのチケットは１日目に添乗員よりお渡ししますので、最終日はそのチケットを使って各自でお戻りください。
※新幹線は弊社指定、変更・選択不可

当ツアーはフリープランのため添乗員が同行いたしません。ご旅行中の連絡手段を確保するため、出来る限り携帯電話番号の登録をお願いいたします。

【ツアーに含まれる代金に関して】
本ツアーでは、東京駅～盛岡駅間の往復の新幹線代と宿泊代のみが旅行代金に含まれており、駅～ホテル間の往復の移動や、その他の観光にかかる費用はお客様負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。

【移動について】
・往復とも、駅～ホテル間の移動は各自移動となります。奥中山高原駅からホテル無料送迎バスを利用される場合は、状況によっては補助席などに座っていただくなどご協力いただく可能性がございます。
・行き方はあくまで一例となりますので、各日の移動手段はお客様ご自身でお調べをお願いします。
・往復共に新幹線の時刻により、盛岡駅にて長くお待ちいただく可能性がございます。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。

【旅行に関する諸注意】
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせ下さい。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこし下さい。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承下さい。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
