■アルペンルートについて

・黒部ダム観光放水は当日の天候により中止となる場合があります／※実施期間：6/26～10/15(予定)
・高山植物や紅葉の見頃は天候により前後する場合があります


■行程内、往路新幹線車内・復路特急内・2日目扇沢～松本間以外は全てのお荷物をお客様ご自身でお持ちいただきます。両手が空くリュックサックが便利です。手荷物は出来るだけ小さくまとめてお持ちください。キャリーバックはできるだけお避けください

■１日目乗車の富山地方鉄道は自由席となります

■客室には、トイレ・バスはついていません。トイレは共用設備利用・バスは付いていませんので大浴場をご利用ください（洗面台はお部屋に付いています）

■星空・雲海・夕日は天候により見られない場合があります

■ご旅行の安全管理などの観点から、緊急連絡先を確認し登録をお願いします。1名参加のお客様には、携帯電話番号も確認し登録お願いします。

■往復列車の発着時間につきましては、募集広告作成時点のダイヤにて掲載しており、鉄道会社の例年３月中旬ダイヤ改正および北陸新幹線の延伸に伴い、表記している発着時間に差が生じる場合があります。

■乳児の受付
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込み下さい

■子供・幼児の旅行代金
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

■途中乗下車について
本コースは、往路：大宮、復路：八王子・立川にて途中乗下車が可能です。
途中乗車希望のお客様はご予約時ご登録いただきますようお願いいたします。 途中乗車につきましては、乗車駅で入場券をご購入の上、出発ホームまでお越しください入場券代は各自負担となります
※乗車方法につきましては、添乗員から出発前日までに代表者様にお電話にてご案内いたします
※途中乗下車による返金・割引はございません。あらかじめご了承ください
※新幹線や特急列車の座席については、混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体乗車券を使用している都合上、列車の出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。新幹線の座席については、禁煙席でのご用意となりますが、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。

※旅行中の利用交通機関(バス・鉄道・その他)のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
