【途中乗下車について】
本コースは、往復とも品川駅・新横浜駅にて途中乗下車が可能です。受付時に集合場所の確認・選択をお願いいたします。途中乗車につきましては、乗車駅で入場券をご購入の上、出発ホームまでお越しください（入場券代は各自負担となり、途中乗下車分のご返金・割引はございません）

【東京・品川・新横浜以外からの乗車希望のお客様へ】
利用するひかり号は希望駅に停まらない可能性があります。最終案内状で確定した利用列車をご案内します。その列車が希望の駅に停車する場合に限り、途中乗車・下車希望の旨を弊社にお申し出ください。
※乗車方法は、添乗員から出発前日までに代表者様にお電話にてご案内いたします。
※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設はご出発日の一週間前頃に書面にてご案内致します。

【乳児・幼児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込み下さい。
※３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our reservation center.
