■乳児・幼児の受付について

◆３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます。ご旅行代金には宿泊施設使用料が含まれます。行程中のお食事、寝具等はございませんので、予めご了承願います。食事・寝具等をご希望の場合は【子供】料金にてご用意させていただきます。 (ご出発日の14日前まで)。詳しくはお問い合わせ下さい。


■1日目の夕食について（2024年12月27日更新）
インターネット予約画面のおすすめポイント上に、1日目の夕食は「白エビのかき揚げの夕食」と記載しておりましたが、白エビが不漁の為、団体ツアーでの提供ができない旨の連絡が入りました。そのため、白エビのかき揚げではなく、名水ポークに変更してご案内いたします。
※12月27日時点で既にお申込みいただいていたお客様へはその旨書面にてご連絡させていただいております。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
