【食事内容について】
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

■本ツアーはご夫婦参加限定となります。お申し込み後にご参加者を変更・取消される際も1名様でのご参加はお受けできません。また、取消料発生後にご夫婦いずれかの都合による取消でも2名様分の取消料の支払いが必要です。
■特急スペーシアXを始め、各列車の座席は当社にご一任いただきますようお願いを申し上げます。
■在来線は自由席利用となり、混雑時には座ることができない場合があります。
■天候等により中禅寺湖クルーズ、那須ロープウェイは運休となる場合があります。
■安心コールをご希望のお客様は事前にお申し付けください。尚、弊社の営業時間内(9:15～17:30)につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねることがありますので予めご了承ください。また、日本国外にお住まいの方には対応しておりませんので予めご了承ください。

【宿泊施設について】
■2名様１室が基本となります。
■1泊目は洋室(ツインルーム/バス・トイレ付き)、2泊目は和室・洋室(ツインルーム/バス・トイレ付き)または和洋室利用となります。
■部屋・眺望などの指定はできません。

■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発14日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
