■無料幼児について
・0歳～2歳の方もご参加される場合はお電話、もしくはこちらのフォームにてお申し込みください。

■予約について
・ホームページでの受付は、ご出発の１日前までとなります。ご出発間際のお問い合わせは、お電話にてお問合せください。「受付終了」の日程でもご用意できる場合もございます。
・内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。残席が１席でも受付中となります。又、満席の場合もあります。
・催行人員に満たない時は、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発４日前までにご連絡致します。
・同行者情報をマイページよりご入力下さい。（モバイル申込みのお客様はお電話でご連絡ください※名前・住所・電話番号・生年月日）

■出発日１週間前を切って申込のお客様へ
・予約手続き終了後、必ず「マイページ」の「ご旅行案内」で集合時間・集合場所をお客様ご自身でご確認をお願いいたします。
・郵便事情により、ご出発までに「ご旅行案内」等の資料が届かない場合があります。なお、出発後に「ご旅行案内」が到着する場合があります。
・ご入金はクレジットカードでの決済をおすすめいたします。
なお、クレジットカードをお持ちでないお客様は「ご旅行案内」と一緒に郵送されますお振込み用紙にて、金融機関よりお振込みください。なお出発間際でのお申込みの場合はクレジットカード決済のみ承ります。
・申し込みをされた旅行の取消・変更の場合は弊社まで必ずご連絡下さい。
取消・変更をされた日付により所定の手数料が発生いたします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
