※「ひとり旅」では、バス席のひとり2席利用を基本としていますが、当コースは対象外です

【緊急連絡先と携帯番号登録のお願い】
ひとり旅というツアーの特性上、
必ず以下2点の登録をお願い致します
①緊急連絡先(不意の事故発生時に必ず連絡の取れる本人以外の連絡先)
②携帯電話番号(旅行中の行方不明、観光地での迷子など頻発の為)

【添乗員からのご挨拶電話について】
当コースでは、緊急の場合を除き、ご旅行前にご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げておりません。確認電話がご入用の方は、お手数ですがご出発３日前までにお電話にてお申しつけください、但し、日中ご不在の場合などはご連絡がつかない場合がございますので、予めご了承ください

【各航空会社マイル加算について】
航空機を利用する旅行の航空運賃は「包括旅行割引運賃」または「個人包括旅行割引運賃」を適用している為、各航空会社が行っているマイル加算の対象とはなりませんので、予めご了承ください。

【お申し込み後のお客様の交替（ネームチェンジ）について】
お客様の交替（ネームチェンジ）については、マイページのマイ予約リストから承ることができません。予約者名の変更をご希望の場合は、メールまたは下記の電話番号までご連絡ください。満席等で手配出来ない場合もあり、また手配可能な場合でも交替に要する費用がかかりますので予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
