<About the Sunrise Seto Sleeper Express>
This course is Request Only and is not a formal application.
(Request Only refers to the acceptance of a reservation request from a customer, which is considered a formal application only when the flight seat, room, etc. have been secured after the reservation request has been received, or the acceptance of a formal application only when the tour contents and schedule, including sightseeing tours, have been confirmed.)
We will contact you once we have secured your flight seat, room, etc., and once the details and dates have been confirmed.
*Arrangements for the Sunrise Seto will be made one month prior to the travel date.
We will contact you by phone or email up to three weeks prior to your departure date only if a seat on the Sunrise Izumo has been secured and we are able to accept your official reservation.
Even if Confirmed, if there are a large number of requests and reservations, we may not be able to provide seats as we will accommodate reservations in the order in which they are received.
Please note that we will not contact customers who are unable to make a formal reservation due to the lack of arrangements.

This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge the actual cost. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after that, please contact us.

If you select "Documents required", we will send you a transfer form by mail along with your travel brochure.

【About choosing a meeting place】

[Please understand the purpose of the trip with solo participation]
The trip is a "Solo-Only Travel" for the purpose of allowing you to participate in the trip without hesitation. Therefore, we only accept travel applications for one person.

[About the greeting phone call from the tour guide]
Except in emergency cases, we do not provide a confirmation phone call to greet the representative before traveling. If you would like to use a confirmation phone, please call us at least 3 days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are absent during the day.
*If you live outside of Japan, we will not contact you before departure.

*If a foreign passenger is on board, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but an interpreter will not accompany you.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
