This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[Information about the tour]
■For "Solo Travel," the basic rule is that each person will share two seats on the bus, but due to the nature of the island, the types and number of chartered buses are limited, so this course will not have two seats for each person, but will be shared seats. Thank you for your understanding.
■Boat travel and cruises within the itinerary may be canceled due to weather or sea conditions.
■Some parts of the itinerary may be changed depending on the time of sunset.
■You may not be able to see natural phenomena, sunsets, or scenery.
■ Meal contents may change at short notice.
■The order of meal service may change due to changes in flight schedules (e.g. lunch Day 1 changed to lunch Day 3 etc.)
■ The bull-throwing event on Day 3 may be canceled at short notice due to a lack of participants. In that case, Itinerary guide you through the Oki folk song experience as an alternative sightseeing tour.
When using a Japanese-style room, you may be asked to lay out your own futon.
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
The airfare for travel using aircraft is "Inclusive Travel Discount Fare", "Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fare" or "Individual Inclusive Travel Fare". Please note that the above fares are not eligible for mileage accrual offered by each airline.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not around during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
