[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when checking in.
*You can choose your midway ride on this tour.
If you wish midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure to provide instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
■The rooms at La Vista Hakodate Bay only have shower booths and no bathtubs. There is a large hot spring bath within the building.
■The meal contents may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances such as supply conditions.
■ Hakodate has unreserved seating, so you may not be able to get a seat depending on the train's congestion.
■The "Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan" are selected by the Japan Cherry Blossom Association (public interest incorporated foundation).
The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions.

[ About Meals request ]
・ If you change your diet due to religious reasons, such as serious food allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment, you will be charged 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference, you will be charged the actual cost.
・Please be sure to let us know for each travel request. Also, even if it is in the same condition as last time, please contact us again for confirmation.
・As a general rule, please let us know at least 14 days before your departure date. Please contact us for further information. In addition, we may explain the menu change to other customers. Thank you for your understanding.
・ If Meals is a lunch box, we will not accept any changes.
・ Please note that even if you do not eat Meals, the meal fee will not be refunded.
・In principle, please refrain from taking home Meals that you have not consumed.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
