The solo trip is designed as a "Solo-Only Travel" designed so that you can join the trip comfortably and comfortably even on your own. Therefore, we accept travel requests only for single travelers.

*This tour allows you to select Mid-route joining (Japan residents only) stations.
Mid-route joining (Japan residents only), please purchase your admission ticket at your boarding station and come to the departure platform (admission ticket fees are your responsibility).
* For boarding instructions, please contact us by phone from Tour conductor to the day before departure
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

● Depending on the departure date, the tour order may be rearranged, or the route may be reversed. * There are no omissions or shortcuts to tourist spots.
● Meal contents may be changed depending on poor catches or supply conditions.
● The snowy scenery may not be available depending on the weather.
● Visits to temples and shrines may be canceled at short notice due to religious services or events. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as it is decided.

[About the Accommodation Facilities]
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
*The room type is planned to be a courtyard-facing room. Please note that the rural scenery cannot be viewed from the guest rooms.

■ About Meals Requests
・ Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a handling fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost.
・Please be sure to request each travel application. Also, even if the condition is the same as last time, please request confirmation again.
・In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For further inquiries, please consult with us. We may also explain menu changes to other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

・ If Meals is a bento box, no changes will be accepted.

・ If you do not order Meals, we cannot refund the meal fee.

・As a general rule, we do not permit you to take home Meals that cannot be eaten.

*If there is an error in the information you enter, it may not be possible to arrange it via Full, etc., and even if you can arrange it, a cost for the replacement will be charged, so please understand in advance. When applying, please be sure to enter and confirm your information without any mistakes. Foreign nationals should make reservations in katakana.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
