[Day 2] Akita Prefecture: Kakunodate

During the Edo period, Kakunodate flourished as a castle town of the Ashina and Satake clans.

It is a beautiful town known as the Little Kyoto of Michinoku.

The town still retains samurai residences and merchant houses from that time, giving it a nostalgic feel.

[Day 3] Iwate Prefecture: Hiraizumi and Chusonji Temple (World Heritage Site)

It was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011.

Chusonji Temple, which conveys the glory of the three generations of the Oshu Fujiwara clan, is an ancient temple that can be said to be the symbol of the Buddhist city of Hiraizumi.

The Golden Hall, which contains the remains of the three generations of the Fujiwara clan, and the Sanshozo Gallery, which houses 3,000 pieces of art.

[Day 3] Miyagi Prefecture: Matsushima

Matsushima, one of the three most scenic spots in Japan, stretches 17 kilometers east to west, centered on Matsushima Coast.

It is a vast area stretching 13 kilometers from north to south, and has been designated a prefectural natural park with a special national title.

The scenery of over 260 islands floating in the bay is beautiful in every season.

[Day 4] Fukushima Prefecture: Ouchijuku

Ouchijuku, which retains the atmosphere of an Edo period post town, has a streetscape that seems as if time has stood still.

It is called Tsuruga Castle because it resembles the figure of a gracefully dancing crane.

This famous castle was the site of the Boshin War, where a month-long siege took place.

For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."
'Carrying Oversized Luggage on Tokaido: For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
