[About the tour]
■The meeting time will be 1 hour before the departure time of the flight. There is a possibility that it will be around 6 o'clock.
■ You can choose from (1) Hakkoda Ropeway or (2) Sukayu Onsen for sightseeing in the Day 2.
■For departures from 5/25, 11/9, and 10, the Hakkoda Ropeway will be suspended, and you will be guided to Sukayu Onsen instead.
■This course does not make a safety call before departure.
■Customers who apply with an odd number of people will basically share seats.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to the content of meals due to food allergies or religious reasons, and if there is a difference, an actual fee will be charged. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

【About the Accommodation Facility】
■If you are in a room for 3 people, you may use one bed and an extra bed.
■ Accommodation When using a Japanese-style room at the facility, you may be asked to lay down your own futon.

If you apply online, this course will only be accepted by credit card payment and no documents will be sent.
Please pay by credit card when you apply. In addition, we will not send you any travel documents (travel brochures, etc.).

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

[Travel fees for infants]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation under "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
