Tour the places in Shimane that Lafcadio Hearn and Setsu loved!
The literary giant Lafcadio Hearn is attracting attention as a drama based on his life and his wife Setsu will begin airing in the fall of 2025.
Behind the achievements of producing many masterpieces, including ghost stories such as Earless Hoichi and travelogues, was his wife, Setsu.
The couple met and spent time in Shimane, visiting the places associated with the story they spun together, and rediscovering the charm of Japan.
A storyteller will take you on a tour of Yakumo Koizumi's "Ghost Stories"
・A local storyteller will guide you through the places associated with Lafcadio Hearn's "Kaidan" (ghost stories).
