You can enjoy a private stay at the hotel and enjoy a dynamic dance performance by a local troupe.

Theatrical Dance Iwami Kagura is a traditional performing art that is handed down in the Iwami region in western Shimane Prefecture.

It has developed uniquely in the Iwami region and is a powerful performing art that makes use of contemporary, renowned directing techniques.

Iwami Kagura often takes its subject matter from Japanese mythology, and the highly artistic, bold and gorgeous dances are a sight to behold.

*Kagura is a type of song and dance offered to the gods in prayer for a good harvest and a large catch.

Head to Ryugenji Mabu (fee included). Stroll around the remains of the mine tunnels that supported the economy of Edo.

*There are restrictions on vehicle access to the Iwami Ginzan area, so in principle the tour will be conducted on foot.

*The walk from Ginzan Park to Ryugenjimabu is 2.3 km one way and takes approximately 45 minutes.
