[Getting on and off along the way]
For this course, you can get on and off at Shinagawa Station and Shin-Yokohama Station on both the outbound and return trips. please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and come to the departure platform (admission ticket cost will be at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Due to the congestion situation, seat arrangement, and the use of group tickets, we cannot accept requests for specific train departure and arrival times, or for window or aisle seats. Seats on the train will be non-smoking, but even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other. *If the train you are using has stations along the way, you may be able to get on and off the train. If you would like to board the train from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least four days before the departure date. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. [Travel fees for children and infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, and there will be an additional charge (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, please note that we will not provide train seats, Meals, or bedding at Accommodation during the trip.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
