[About changes to meal contents]
Starting from Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. [Getting on and off along the way]
*If there is a stop on the train you are using, you can get on and off. If you wish to board from the station, please inform us in advance at the time of reservation, or please check the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date. The tour director (tour guide) will inform you about the car number and seat number by the day before departure

[About riding the return bullet train]
For the return Shinkansen of the Day 3 itinerary, the tour conductor will give you a ticket for each customer by the Day 2 of the tour, and the Day 3 will return and disband after boarding the flight designated by our company.
*Return Shinkansen flights will be notified in the final information form. You cannot board flights other than those designated by our company. (On the outbound trip, as with the general tour, the tour conductor will bring a group ticket and everyone will ride together.)
※ Day 3 If you miss the return Shinkansen, you will be asked to purchase an individual ticket at your own expense and go home.
*The tour conductor will not accompany Day 3.
*Transportation costs to Kyoto Station will be borne by each person.

[About the Aoi Festival]
If the Aoi Festival is postponed, we will change the itinerary and guide you, but the Day 3 will not be accompanied by a tour conductor, so you will have to move on your own to visit. If the Aoi Festival is canceled after departure, there will be no refund of the travel fee. In addition, tripods cannot be used in the bleacher area.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no seats on the train, Meals, or bedding in Accommodation facilities during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with "Child"

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
