[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[About the Tour]

[About the Accommodation Facilities]
Even if you apply for two people per room, you may be guided to separate rooms per person. Please note that you cannot specify your room. (The same conditions apply to children.)

[Regarding changes to meal content]
Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and any price differences will be charged at actual cost. ●Due to the configuration of airplane seats, even if you apply for the same group, if the seats are separated, or even if you apply for two people, you may be guided to emergency exit row seats if you are seated next to each other instead of seats next to each other.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~5 years old will be charged for airline seats and bus seats during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management. In addition, the travel price includes the Accommodation facility usage fee (admission fee) at the Accommodation facility, but in principle, there is no co-sleeping or eating for adults. If you wish to provide meals and bedding, we will provide it at the price of [child (6~11 years old/same price as adult rate)] (please contact us at least 14 days before the departure date).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
