■秩父SLパレオエクスプレスが万が一、故障(運行不能)となった場合は、電気機関車にて客車牽引となります。その場合は、整理券代をご返金いたします。
■秩父SLパレオエクスプレスは指定席へご案内致しますが、座席は弊社にご一任いただきます。他のグループの方との相席をお願いする場合があります。

Carrying Oversized Luggage on the Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen *Applies only if the above Shinkansen is included in your itinerary: For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
