[About this course]
■It can be chilly inside the Otani Museum, so please bring a jacket that is easy to put on and take off.
■For departures from April to Nov., lunch on the 2nd and Day 3 will be served earlier, at around 11:10.
■For departures from December to Mar., lunch will be served early Day 2, at around 11:10, and later on the Day 3 at around 13:00.
■If you would like to use the Safety Call service, please let us know in advance. However, we may not be able to contact you if you are unable to get through during our business hours (9:15-17:30) or if you are not at home. Please note that we do not provide support to customers living outside of Japan.

[Meal details]
■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to the meal contents due to severe food allergies, dietary restrictions based on medical judgment, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. For any changes after that, please consult us. In addition, we may need to explain the menu changes to other customers. Please note this in advance.

[From application to departure]

■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■Please be sure to check the "Final Information" (Itinerary be sent to you 5 days before departure) regarding your flight and meeting time.
■If you apply for the infant (age 3 to preschooler) rate, the bus seat, hotel facility usage fee, and hotel buffet meal fee are included. Other meals, train seats, and bedding are not provided. If you require them, please make a reservation as a child.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
