【カンデオホテルズ静岡島田のスカイスパについて】
カンデオホテルズ静岡島田のスカイスパ大浴場は男女入替制になります。
女性：21：45-23：45、3：00-5：45
男性：18：00-21：30、24：00-2：45、6：00-8：45
（※ご案内時間は変更となる場合もございます）

【奥大井湖上駅について】
奥大井湖上展望所でバス降車後、ビュースポットにご案内します。奥大井湖上駅へ向かう道は山道および急な階段がございますので、歩きやすい靴でご参加ください。移動時間は徒歩約20分～30分です。※混雑状況によって行程順序を入れ替える場合がございます。

【大井川鐵道について】
大井川鐵道「南アルプスあぷとライン」ですが、全席自由席となります。そのため相席になる場合や混雑状況によっては立ち席でのご案内となる場合があります。また、乗車区間の入替や変更がある場合があります。予めご了承下さい。

【寸又峡散策について】
駐車場から夢のつり橋入口までは徒歩約30～40分です。夢のつり橋を渡り切った先は急な登り坂と304段の急階段がございます。階段が不安な方は、つり橋手前の分岐点から、飛龍橋にお進みいただけますと（分岐点から飛龍橋までの道のりは約800ｍ・階段なし）エメラルドグリーンの川の景色をご覧いただけます。※夢のつり橋は、混雑時一方通行となり、つり橋を渡るために待ち時間が発生する場合がございます。

【服装・靴・お荷物について】
当コースで観光する寸又峡・奥大井湖上駅は、一部舗装されていない山道・石段を歩きます。特に寸又峡は途中約300段の石段を上がります。そのため動きやすい服装・歩きなれた運動靴でご参加ください。また、歩く際の荷物は両手が空くリュックサックをおすすめします。

【乳児・幼児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込み下さい。
※３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our reservation center.
