■The guide will accompany you only Day 1.

■This tour is an introductory hike course with a slight ascent and descent with an elevation difference of less than 100m. Please wear comfortable clothing such as trekking shoes and rain gear on both hands.

■The opening date of Takami-no-Sato will be determined according to the flowering status, so if the park does not open, the tour will be canceled.

■The cherry blossom course is set based on the conditions of previous years, but please note that the best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary slightly due to unfavorable weather and other reasons.

■“Walking time” refers to a standard estimated time. It is a guideline estimated by taking into account hiking maps, guidebooks, and records from past tours. Depending on the weather, route conditions, how crowded it is, and the physical strength and ability of tour participants, the time may vary significantly. In addition, walking time does not include break time and other stops; it refers only to the time spent actually walking.

■ What to bring: Please check the tour pamphlet and enclosed documents that will be sent to you later.

■ Please be sure to pay the tour price in advance. If payment cannot be confirmed, we may cancel (terminate) your travel contract.

■ If you cancel on the day of travel, please be sure to contact the phone number listed in the pamphlet (or the emergency contact number outside business hours).

■Delays and non-participation due to transportation delays etc. will also be subject to cancellation fees.

[Club Tourism PASS discount application for accompanying persons]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
