[Important] Regarding the Osaka-Kansai Expo
●For this tour, you cannot choose the content for one pavilion Day 2 as it is a group pre-booking. In addition, the pavilion may be reserved for a group Day 1. If you would like to visit more pavilions, please make your own reservation.
●When entering the Osaka, Kansai Expo, you will need to complete the necessary procedures yourself, such as obtaining an Expo ID and reserving a pavilion. Please be sure to check the instructions enclosed in the brochure, which will explain the procedures you need to complete before departure.
●To participate in the Expo tour, you will need an electronic device such as a smartphone or tablet.
●Cashless payment is the general rule within the Osaka-Kansai Expo site. If you do not have any means of payment other than cash, you will need to purchase a prepaid card in advance.
●Admission is limited to groups on both days.

<For customers who do not have a smartphone or tablet>
For customers who are unable to obtain an Expo ID due to reasons such as not having a smartphone, you can enter the Expo site if you bring the document with the ticket QR code printed on it that we will send you on the day. However, you will not be able to participate in the advance lottery for pavilions or receive Other services that require an Expo ID.

[Osaka Metro fares]
*Fares for Osaka Metro and other trains must be paid by the individual. Also, if the train is crowded, you may have to stand.

[About Accommodation]
●Please leave the room allocation at Accommodation (Western-style room: double or twin / with bath and toilet) to us.
●Even if you apply for a room for two people, you may be required to share a room with one person.
●There is no large public bath, so please use the bathroom in your room.
All rooms are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.

●Return times may be delayed depending on congestion at the Expo.
●Due to unexpected traffic congestion, crowded tourist spots, etc., we may have to omit some sightseeing spots, shorten the sightseeing time, or delay the return time. Please note that even if the return time is significantly delayed, we will not be able to cover the cost of Accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc.

●For reservations close to the departure date, you cannot make a reservation online, so please contact the Travel Center listed below. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.

●Children (elementary school students) will receive a 5,000 yen discount off the adult fare and the same services as adults.
●The travel fee for infants (preschool children aged 3-6) is 15,000 yen off the adult fare. Only bus seats and Expo tickets will be provided; meals, bedding, and Other items will not be provided.

If you make a last minute transfer and are unable to confirm receipt by the day before your trip, we may refuse your participation on the day. If you are making a last minute transfer, please be sure to bring the transfer receipt with you on the day of your trip.

● Regarding sending of materials
Due to postal conditions, materials such as the Travel Guide may not arrive in time for your departure. Please note that the "Travel Guide" may arrive after your departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
