Red sea urchin is so rare that it is called a phantom sea urchin. It has little impurities and a rich sweetness spreads in your mouth with just one bite, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural umami of sea urchin.

On this tour, we offer a luxurious banquet meal where you can compare the taste of red sea urchin and Hokkaido sea urchin.
