*The order of the tour may be changed.
* Day 1 shoes are prohibited in the rock garden, so you will be barefoot when visiting. Please wear shoes that are easy to take off.
*For departures from Sep. 2024 onwards, the dinner Day 2 will be a "medicinal hot pot" dinner, instead of the meal coupon that allows you to choose between "Japanese, Italian or medicinal hot pot". Please note.
*The dinner menu for Day 1 and Day 2 may be switched.
*For "Solo Travel," the basic rule is that each person must share two bus seats, but this course does not apply.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
With this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not at home during the day.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
Please note that airfares for travel using aircraft are calculated as "inclusive travel discount fares" or "individual inclusive travel discount fares," and therefore are not eligible for mileage accrual offered by individual airlines.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if Full is fully booked, and even if we can, there will be a fee required for the change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
