■The meeting place for this tour is in front of McDonald's in Yokohama Bay Quarter, East Exit of Yokohama Station. Please use the restroom in the station before the meeting time, as the meeting time is before the opening hours of Yokohama Bay Quarter.

■This course is limited to couples who are both 65 years of age or older. Please note that we cannot accept people other than married couples, couples of the same sex, or single participants.
If either person is unable to attend, both people will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be charged for both people.
■Due to the nature of the tour, we will not tell you the name of Accommodation until you arrive at the hotel. We will tell you the name of the hotel and contact information when you arrive at the hotel, so please contact the hostel yourself.
■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway Meals.

●For reservations close to the departure date, please contact the Travel Center listed below as they cannot be made online. If there are vacant seats, we will accept applications up until the day before.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
